Mohammed Saif Thabet Group is a family-owned business entity based in Sana'a, Republic of Yemen. It was established in 1962 by its founding chairman, the late Mr. Mohammed Saif Thabet.
In 1993, MSTG was structured as a limited liability company, consolidating its activities across manufacturing, sales and distribution, retail, exclusive agencies, investments, and real-estate development and management.
The group has business affiliations, a commercial presence, and completed transactions across the United States, the UAE, the wider MENA region, and East Africa.

Mr. Mohammed Saif Thabet (1938-1996) was born in Taiz, Yemen. After completing his basic and baccalaureate education in Aden, he worked with Saudi National Commercial Bank in Saudi Arabia and became manager of the bank's operations in Yemen in 1959.

Established in 1986, United Cleaning Products Manufacturing is one of Yemen's leading cleaning-products manufacturers. It produces Clorox under license from The Clorox International Company, manufactures cleaning products under its own private label, and imports and exports cleaning products.
Established in 2010, Diamond Investments specializes in real-estate development and management. It owns Metro Mall, a major mixed-use commercial project in Sana'a, and several Happy Land, Max, and Babyshop shopping centers in Sana'a and Aden.

Grand Auto Trading is the exclusive agent of GMC and Chevrolet. Known for its after-sales service, it has built a strong market presence since its inception and continues to grow through its dedicated team.
Established in 1989 and a joint venture with MSTG since 2020, TACO provides international freight forwarding by air and ocean, contract logistics, warehousing, and transportation. TACO Logistics designs, implements, and manages supply chains for global industry markets as well as bespoke solutions for complex transportation requirements.
Thabet Investments acquires and owns real estate in the United States, including gas stations, restaurants, convenience stores, and commercial properties.
Trust Gulf General Trading is the group's liaison and regional office in the UAE, facilitating trade in general goods and other commodities.
Tent Tourism & Investments operates prestigious ballrooms in Yemen, principally Al Malakiah and Al Khaimah.

Chairman
Chairman of the group since 1997. He read business management at the University of Oregon and joined the family business in 1986, working across its subsidiaries before taking the chair. He represents MSTG in Yemen's business institutions and to its partners abroad. Since 1997 the group has moved further into manufacturing, retail franchising and real-estate development.

General Manager
General Manager of the group, responsible for its operating companies and their direction. He came up through the trading and technology businesses and now carries the operating side, from what the group manufactures and distributes to what it finally sells. Most of the group's day to day decisions reach him before they reach the board.

President of the group's United States operations, which he has built out from Oregon since taking his master's degree there. The American businesses run on their own management and give the group a working base outside Yemen, in property, fuel distribution and retail. He is the group's point of contact across North America.
